The Grange Membership Renewal Form 2024/25
Terms & Conditions
1. You are entering into a contract for a fixed term membership, (in this case until 30th June 2025) as specified by The Grange Golf Club.
All annual memberships expire on the 30th June.
2. As your membership plan is for a fixed term, then by signing and submitting your membership application form to us you agree to pay your membership fees either:
A: on the start date in full: or
B: in instalments through ‘Pay as you Golf’ for the duration of the fixed term.
3. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to abide by the constitution of Dapto Leagues Club (The owning company)
Cancellation of Membership
1. To cancel a membership, all your fees must be paid in full, until the end of the agreed membership term including all outstanding ‘Pay as you Golf’ payments.
2. No refunds will be issued.
Paying for Membership
Option 1 – Payment in full at time of renewal
Option 2 – Pay as you Golf- The Pay as you Golf payment system allows you to spread out the cost of your club’s annual membership fees. Pay as you Golf allows you to spread membership fees over a period between four to ten months and pay in fortnightly or monthly instalments. Application online only.

GA Handicap
As a member of The Grange Golf Club, The Grange Golf Club will pay all relevant fees to the applicable golfing authorities. (Golf Australia, Golf NSW, Golf Illawarra) allowing members to have a GA handicap if required. These fees are approximately $70 per person.
Membership categories
During a financial year, the membership category that you have chosen to join, can not be changed.
A senior category of membership is only available to those members who have been continuous members of The Grange Golf Club for the previous 20 years.
Membership suspension due to illness
You can suspend your membership for up to a period of 6 months (due to injury or illness) provided that:
1. All membership fees are paid up to date at the time of the notice of suspension.
2. The period of suspension is for a maximum of 6 months.
3. You have provided written notice (in advance) to The Grange Golf Club of your intention to suspend.
4. Provided a verifiable medical certificate to support your request.
5. Pay as you Golf member need to lodge a claim/ request for membership fee relief due to illness.
