BOOKING A PARTY
To secure your party booking a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required. Cash, debit, and credit card are accepted. Your party date, time and party room are only secured once you have paid the deposit. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival on the day of the party.
All birthday parties are held at two-hour intervals. Once party has come to an end, all children and guests will be required to leave the venue.
CANCELLATIONS: Party cancellations If seven days’ notice is provided, you will be able to transfer your deposit to any available date or time within the next two months. Party no shows Nil refunds.
SUPERVISION: The parent/guardian of the hosting child is responsible for the supervision of all children attending the party who are unaccompanied by their carer. Supervision is required on all attractions. A party host assists with food, beverages and birthday cake.
GENERAL INFORMATION: Management will strive to meet any dietary requirements. No outside food or drink allowed except for birthday cakes (cakes must not contain nuts). Socks must be worn at all times by children and parents when using the play equipment. Tabatinga socks can be purchased, see staff for details. Price changes and party variations may occur without notice.
ARCADE: Adult supervision is required in the Arcade Area. No food and drinks allowed in this area. Tokens available for purchase at the counter.
